Can anyone purchase your hardware?
A:
No. Vesta works with the trade only - meaning we only seel to interior designers,
architects and others in the home fashion industry maintaining a valid business
licenses. VESTA WILL NOT SELL DIRECTLY TO THE PUBLIC.

How does Vesta handle orders and payment?
A:
Vesta accepts the following forms of payment: pre-payment, American Express, Visa,
MasterCard, open account or C.O.D.. Pre-payment should be sent to our address. Open
accounts may be set up subject to credit approval. Please provide your credit information
or request a credit application. Approval takes 7 to 10 days. ALL FIRST TIME ORDERS
SHOULD BE FAXED TO OUR ORDER DEPARTMENT AT 864.225.0228 ON COMPANY
LETTERHEAD ALONG WITH A COPY OF YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE OR TAX CERTIFICATE.
Special order hardware may require a deposit at the time of the order. All special orders are
non-returnable.

What is your lead-time?
A:
Vesta processes orders on a daily basis. In-stock items typically ship within a 24-48
hour period. Special order items generally have a 3-4 week lead-time (with some variations).
Q:
How complex is installation?
A:
Most experienced installers will easily understand how to properly install our products.
In some instances mounting instructions are included in your hardware package to help
your installation go smoothly. Wall and ceiling brackets should always be mounted into studs
or other solid materials.
Q:
What is the longest length of tubing I can get?
A:
Standard lengths will vary by collection. the most common are; 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 feet.
Lengths over 12 feet are available in some collections. All poles and rods can be custom
cut to exact specifications. Any pole/rod measuring more than 106" will be shipped via
special carrier, thus incurring significant additional freight charges.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Do you have finish samples?
A:
Upon request, we can provide free of charge, finish samples from our various collections.
Samples will be a cut of tubing (excluding our Hunley & Pinnacle collections).

Do you ship globally?
A:
Not typically. We usually ship in the domestic U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

How is shipping handled?
A:
When an order is shipped it usually includes tubing and hardware. These items are NOT
packed together so it's possible that your packages won;t arrive at the same day (unless
you've paid for a premium delivery service). Note: when calling to track your shipment,
please have your Vesta order number ready. All orders are shipped from our location in
South Carolina - refer to chart below to see estimated delivery times for your area.
